If your item(s) arrived damaged please contact cindyanderson@moosewearco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns and exchanges can be processed with in 30 days of receiving order.

Custom-made orders (reverse tie dye) are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that the initial shipping is not refunded in the case of a return. Moose Wear highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

Please include the following details when contacting Moose Wear via email in regard to a return/exchange.

• Name and order #
• Size and style, you want in exchange (if applicable)
• The address that you want the exchanged item sent to.

Please note: You are responsible for shipping fees to send merchandise back to Moose Wear. Moose Wear is happy to cover the shipping costs back to you!

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders are sent via USPS/UPS.

HOLIDAY ORDERS: Please allow up to an additional 4 business days of order date.

Moose Wear is responsible for your order only until it reaches the Post Office or shipping center in the destination city. After that, we can no longer accept responsibility for your order.

If you are outside of the USA (the 50 states to which we deliver), please email Cindyanderson@moosewearco.com to arrange for shipping. We would be happy to send Moose Wear gear to you!
